Transforming a business from the ground up isn’t easy. Your organization may have a culture that deeply resists change, or your team may be very used to a certain way of doing things. Let our team help your organization identify the challenges it’s facing and put strategies and systems into place so that your company can change faster than the competition and your customers.

   What does business transformation entail?

When we partner with companies, we often help them improve and radically overhaul multiple facets of their business through what’s called business transformation, or simply put, business process management. Our team examines your organization to determine what aspects of your company’s processes, systems, and programs are not adding value to the organization, and then eliminate those elements that are not adding value. We’ll also assess if other people, processes, or systems would help your company mature and grow. If so, we’ll outline a strategy and plan to help your organization through the business process change.

Can you give me examples of what CrossGen Solutions
has done in the past to help other companies?

Sure. Recently, we’ve worked with a couple high-profile companies. One client had a non-compliant insurance product with declining revenue, and its teams had twice tried and failed to execute the initiative. We rewrote the Certificates of Insurance, redesigned the forms and processes, changed the actuarial rating method, and significantly modified or developed 15+ information technology (IT) systems for the company. Building upon this infrastructure and processes, we implemented them in each state. The result was a compliant product, increased revenue and profit, higher employee satisfaction, and improved client satisfaction.

Here’s another example. We recently worked with another client who had a suite of technical vendor products that weren’t working well together. Though the systems were implemented in April, the company had a backlog of more than 60,000 client registrations, and it was taking as long as 5 months to complete a registration. Upon reviewing the technology and business processes already in place, we noticed that it took 10+ emails to complete a single registration. We streamlined the business process and created a single client-facing web session for registration, which included all the required components to meet compliance and required no hands-on tasks for employees. With the new platform, the average time to complete a registration is now just 30 minutes. We developed and went live with this new registration platform within just 11 weeks.
