Half-day strategic planning package
Our half-day strategic planning package includes the following deliverables:
- Prep work, including meeting with client
- 4-hour on-site facilitated strategic planning working session with client
- Draft strategic plan (for organizations with less than 500 people) or revised strategic plan (organizations with more than 500 people)
- Plan revision based upon client feedback of the draft and delivery of final plan
Pricing:
- 1-25 employees: $2,250
- 26-100 employees: $2,500
- 100-500 employees: $2,750
- 500-1,000 employees: $3,000 (Only available for updating and refreshing existing strategic plan)
- 1,001+ employees: $3,500 (Only available for updating and refreshing existing strategic plan)
Full-day strategic planning package
Our full-day strategic planning package includes the following deliverables:
- Prep work, including meeting with client and some market research for organizations with less than 100 people
- 8-hour on-site facilitated strategic planning working session with client
- Create draft strategic plan (includes Mission, Vision, and Values for organizations with fewer than 25 people) or revised strategic plan for clients who already have a strategic plan
- Plan revision based upon client feedback of the draft and delivery of final plan
Pricing:
- 1-25 employees: $4,750
- 26-100 employees: $5,250 (Recommended to have Mission, Vision, and Values already established)
- 100-1,000 employees: $7,000 (Required to have Mission, Vision, and Values already established as well as have an existing strategic plan. Request for quote if requirements not met, where applicable.)
- 1,001+ employees: $9,500 (Required to have Mission, Vision, and Values already established as well as have an existing strategic plan. Request for quote if requirements not met, where applicable.)
Custom strategic planning services

In addition to our half-day and full-day strategic planning packages, we offer custom strategic planning services that include the following elements:
- Completing any necessary prep work, including meeting with the client and doing market research
- Spending multiple days on-site of facilitated strategic planning working sessions with Client to include developing/updating the mission, vision, and values statements, if necessary
- Creating/revising a draft strategic plan (including the mission, vision, and values, if required)
- Revising the plan based on Client feedback of the draft, and delivering the final plan

What the strategic plan includes
Strategic plans can have multiple components. Below is a sample list of what may be included in your organization’s strategic plan if you choose to work with us. Some of the components may be provided by the client such as the market assessment or the competitive analysis. Each strategic planning engagement will specify in the contract which components will be delivered for that client’s needs. If requirements include components in excess of what is standard, additional fees may be assessed.
